Let`s thinking about all Hoopie`s actions.

First, Hoopie will be able to disaffirm contract with Milo`s Music Store due to
proving that street entertaining is her trade and such instruments as kazoo, a
harmonica, a whistle, and a set of juggling pins are tools of her trade and treated as
necessaries. Also, it will be very important to show Hoopie`s parents has not
supplied or is unwilling to supply Hoopie with similar items. Only under these
basis Hoopie can disaffirm contract with Milo`s Music Store. In addition, minors
are generally held liable on quasi contract for the reasonable value of necessaries
furnished to them. So, she should even return back her merchandises to status quo
ante.
Second thing is purchasing of a raincoat. This raincoat is not necessary and cannot
represent tools of trade. That is why, Hoopie has no reasons to disaffermance and
have to pay contract price.
As for purchasing of the car, Hoopie lied about her age in this situation what means
she cannot disaffirm the contract with Fast Harry's Used Car Dealership. With
deception of age Hoopie lost her ability to use her status of minor as justification
not to pay. In order to bring justice, court can make use of different way: 1) Hoopie
can be estopped from raising the defense of minority and be bound by the terms of
the contract; 2) Hoopie can be allowed to disaffirm but have to place Fast Harry in
status quo ante.
All in all, Hoopie should consider all her decisions carefully and always think
about consequences.
