ABSTRACT
The mission of this study is to address to the management of White
House Beach Resort Boracay the importance of adequate manpower and
impacts or effects of manpower insufficiency in the entire operation of the
resort.
This study shows that the manpower insufficiency will surely affects
the operation of the resort. By having adequate workplace the employees
can tend to their guest more efficiently and can provide excellent service
that would result to guest satisfaction.
It is recommended that the management of White House Beach Resort
should create a Human Resource Department to regulate and manage the
manpower operations of the resort.

ABSTRACT
This case study thesis covers the effectiveness of the hospitality
personnel of the Punta Villa beach resort where the areas of consideration
are discussed. SWOT analysis, alternative courses of action and decision
matrix are included for a better understanding of hospitality industry that
ensures that the recipients are well treated.
With this case study thesis, advantages and disadvantages potential
and opportunities and the threat favorable and unfavorable must be
discussed to the growth and developments of the resorts and to understand
the core function of the business.
It is highly recommended that they must have morwe marketing plan
and enhance thier proficiency in communication for their costumers and one
stop shop must be created.

ABSTRACT
This case study focus on the discrimination of the Friday's beach resort
boracay. It includes SWOT analysis to determine the weaknesses that need to
resolve before it becomes threats in the establishments.
With this case study thesis, it delivers total quality services that can
leave a mark in every guest's heart which makes them keep on returrning at
resort, it renders total quality service in all guest's races.
This study recommends to render and exceed the expectations of the
guest and satisfaction through the management, facilities, amenities, room
service and activities offered by Friday's Beach Resort, which the guest could
benefit from it and gain experiences that last long.

This case study thesis focus on the manpower planning that is needed
in order that shortages and surpluses of manpower can be identified and
thereby overstaffing can be avoided. Smallville21 primary aim is to provide
highly satisfactory full hotel accomodation and service, restaurant, banquet
and fine dinning facilities.
With this study, building a workforce of highly skilled, innovative and
disciplined individuals who will operate as one to enhance the efficiency of
service of the hotel in its efforts to achieve its goals.
It is highly recommended to provide quality service, keeping abreast of
the changing needs of the travelling public and local customers and to
promote good relationships between the hotel and the public.

the probably cost of on-going flaws in the establishments. The major aspect
of this study is about the sanitation.
With this case study, it enable to stress the importance of sanitary
practices, improve the sanitary practices of Smallville21 Hotel and to deliver
quality services to the fullest customer satisfaction.

This study recommended to keep their good service, convenient and

clean areas and also the safety and sanitation practices performed in the
