Obtain bank deposit slips for fees payments from Front Office or DFCU Makerere branch.

paying.

SHORT COURSES POLICIES
TUITION/FEES

For courses of less that 6 weeks, payments MUST be made in a single installment.

Students shall pick a CLEARANCE FORM from Accounts office AFTER fees completion and present an IDENTITY CARD.

While for courses of a duration of more than 6 weeks, all payments MUST be completed in ONE or TWO installments.
The first installment MUST BE AT LEAST (50%) of the tuition fees. The second installment should be paid not later than the 2nd month of
study.

IDENTITY CARDS

Every student shall possess an identity card with which to access the training facilities. (ONLY FOR COURSES LONGER THAN 3 MONTHS).

WITHDRAWAL FROM THE COURSE

A student who can not continue with his/her studies due to financial/social hardships shall request for withdrawal from the course in writing
and address the letter to the HoD.
A student who withdraws from the course without notifying the HOD in writing SHALL forfeit the tuition fees paid.
A student shall not withdraw from the course for a period more than 30% of the duration of the course.
E.g.. CCNA which is 6 months, the student can ONLY withdraw for a MAXIMUM of 4 months otherwise
he/she shall retake the whole course and re-apply as a new student.

INTERNAL EXAMS

Every student MUST sit an END OF TRAINING EXAM/PROJECT before he/she can be graduated by the trainer.
Examinations malpractice leads to an automatic discontinuation from the course.

FORGED APPLICANTS DOCUMENT

Applicants MUST attach photocopies of their genuine certificates (e.g. O level) where applicable. For applicants wishing to take CCNA the
minimum requirement is O level.
International students applying for the CCNA course MUST attach 'O Level results equated from UNEB.
Applicants with forged documents WILL be penalized appropriately.
Tuition fees for applicants with forged academic documents shall not be refunded.

ATTENDANCE

A student is required to attend 80% of the classes for him/her to be allowed to sit internal exams.
A student who continuously misses classes, fails to do assignments on time and misses tests shall be discontinued from the class.
