Valiant Paper will provide 2-year product warranty with proper usage. If product is found to be defective
within the warranty period in spite of normal usage and handling by client, client must immediately
notify Valiant Paper for inspection. Charges will apply for repairs and replacement of machines outside
the warranty period and conditions.
Others:
Price quoted is valid for 30 days from the date of this quotation.
Price quoted is inclusive of delivery and installation within Metro Manila.
Production of order will commence upon receipt of a formal Purchase Order or upon receipt of this
Offer-Contract.
Delivery lead time is, maximum of 7 days for the items on hand and 60 -90 days for the items out-ofstock from issuance of formal PO or Offer-Contract, which comes later.
