6:. Equipment function and main characteristics
Vulcanizing machine is suitable for all kinds of rubber molding equipment
to suppress the main model products and non-model products can also be
used to suppress all types of thermosetting plastic and foam rubber
products. With independent power sector and electrical systems, adopt the
centralized control buttons. Operating pressure, heating temperature can
be adjusted within a certain range.
This machine is under the jaw work structure, mainly composed of upper

beam, bottom base, moving platform, heating plate, oil cylinder and stand
column and so on.
(1) The upper beam and the bottom base are adopt Q235 weld
reinforcement structure, braised fire treatment to eliminate internal stress,
and then for cutting processing.
(2) Hot plate: adopt wu gang produced double-length plate rolling through
the entire 45 # steel production normalized, and double-sided processing,
surface roughness 1.6, up and down hot plate have many temperature
measurement points; by a temperature logging devices temperature
inspection. Joins the hot plate and pad units: the hot plate and the plate
form base are adopt studded connection. The hot plate only two show the
temperature does not control the temperature. Hot plate test pressure is
50kg / cm2, no leakage.
(3) New insulation materials: pressure proof 400kg / cm2, when the
thermal conductivity is 0.18Kcal / m, temperature is 220 -250 , thickness
is 10mm insulation materials, to solve using paronite local compressive
deformation.
(4) Hydraulic system: the introduction of German technology systems to
ensure reach the working liquid pressure can pressure for an hour, the
hydraulic system pressure drop of less than 10% and the hydraulic system
without clogging, leakage; when the pressure drop of more than 10% of the
working pressure, hydraulic system will automatically fill pressure untill to

reach the working pressure. System has safety pressure limiting devices.
Hydraulic cylinder inlet port to configure a shut-off valve.
(5) Hydraulic cylinders: Hydraulic cylinders using QT-500-7 material, the
plunger useing heavy texture plunger alloy chilled cast iron material, fine
grinding after casting; the hydraulic cylinder is YX type sealing ring seal
form, made of rubber, good toughness, long service life.
(6) Vulcanization Host appliances: vulcanizer machine adopts automatic
control system; can automatically clamping, exhaust, curing time, fill
pressure, curing mold finish and automatic alarm, automatic launch
function. Simple operation, reduce labor intensity and improve work
efficiency. (the whole operation, just need to push the botton when open
the mold and close the mold.)
(7) The design and manufacture of vulcanizing machine conform to HG /
T3034-1999 standards.
