The Boardof Directors of the company at its Board meeting held today i.e. 16th January, 2017 approved:
The Unauditedfinancial results for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2016.
Accepted the resignation of Mr. Anup Kumar Shah from the post of Managing Director due to personal
reasons.
Appointmentof Mr. Rajesh H Gouri as Additional Director.
Appointment of Mr. Rajesh H Gouri as Managing Director of the Company for a period of five years,
subject to approval of the shareholders in the ensuing general meeting.
Appointmentof Mr. Patel Ashish Raheshbhai as an Additional Independent Director of the company.
Brief Profile:

Mr. Rajesh H Gouri, son of Harish Kalyanji Gouri is residing at 1301- 13th Floor, Siwah Skyline Oasis,
Kamani, GhatkoparWest, Mumbai- 400086. He is neither related to any Director of the Company nor does he
have any shareholding in the Company. Further, he shall act as compliance officer of the company.
Mr. Patel Ashish Raheshbhai son of Raheshbhai Trikambhai Patel is residing at Bldg No A-1 Sapna Barrier
Borda Fatorda, Margao Salcete, South Goa, Margao South Goa, Goa- 403602. He is neither related to any
Director of the Company nor does he have any shareholding in the Company.
Reconstitution of the Committees
The Board had also approved the Reconstitution of following Committees i.e. Audit Committee, Nomination
and Remuneration Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee. These Committees shall now
consist of the three member's i.e. Mr. Rajesh H Gouri, Amit Kumar Mahato and Gita Devi Sharma.
