Define :- Words which describe something are called Adjectives.

All describing words are Adjectives.
For e.g. :1) This is a pink rose
2) She is a beautiful girl.
3) My brother is a short boy.
The word pink tells us the colour of the rose. The
word beautiful describes the girl. The word short denotes the
size of the boy. All the above adjetives tell us more about the
noun , boy , girl , arose.

Adj of Quality
:Adj of Quality describe the quality of a person or thing. They
answer question. of what kind ?

Examples :1) That is a broken table.
2) Harry is a handsome boy.
In the above sentences , the underlined words are Adjectives of
Quality. Each one of them tells us what kind of a person or
a thing is.

Adj of Quantity :Adj of Quantity describe how much a thing is. They answer
the question How much ? They always refer to an uncountable
noun.

A and AN are indefinite Articles. THE is a Definite Article.

Articles a and an do not refer to any particular person , place

Define :- A pronoun is a word used in palce of noun.

Pronoun can be singular or plural.
Examples :1) My name is John. I am a teacher.
2) She is Jane. He is peter. They are cousins.
3) You are my son.
The words , I , he , she , my , it , we , they , them , you , him ,
his , yours etc are all pronoun.

Most of these pronouns are personal pronoun. They are of three
kinds.
1)

First Person :I and we are used for the person or persons speaking. I and
we are pronouns of the first persons.

pronoun of the second person.

In the first sentence , the subject girl is singular. So the verb
runs is also in the singular form
2) In the second sentence , the subject girls is plural. So the verb
run is also in the plural form.

If subject is singular , the verb is singular and if the subject is
plural than the verb is plural.
LEARN :When the subject changes in Number , The verb changes too.

In the second sentence , the subject is in plural form and is in
the second person.

It is understood from the above sentences that a verb agrees
with its subject in numbers. When the subject changes in number , the
verb must change too.
Hence , we say that a verb must agree with its subject in
Number.
Imp. The exception is when we use you in the singular or plural.
