Teachers meeting, presentation of the project and call for expertise

After teachers learnt how to devise effective trails exploiting their
colleagues expertise and background during summertime, students have
tried, tested and validated the trail during a geocaching morning around the
topic of local geography (see video)
A class of 60 pupils with a few now in the Erasmus team are seperataed
into 8 groups with different trails to follow and different questions to
answer, leading them to a final cache

November 17 and 24, 2016 Pressurisation of the logo contest, what are the characteristics of the
logo, creation of different logos and selection of one for the mobility
in Portugal with the help of art students
December 7, 2016

Preparation of the individual presentations for the etwinning account

HOLIDAYS : 2 WEEKS

December 15, 2016

The whole team meets for a presentation of the geocaching tool and
the trails that they need to prepare for the French mobility. 2 separate
teams are created to prepare 2 different sets of trails

January 5 and 6, 2017

Meeting with the expert teacher to solve technical problems related

to the use of phones and different brands. Compatibility with free
softwares and downloading of free maps.

January 12 and 13, 2017

Thursday team : presentation of the existing historical caches in

Orange, individual work on finding spots that need to be discovered
Friday team : Checking the first individual geocahing experiences
Brainstorming around food
discovering the different types of caches that exist
decision-making about the topic of the food trail and the type of
cache they will use

January 19 and 20, 2017

Devising thenumber of caches for the Food trail and the World
Heritage trail, devising the webpages for each cache

January 26 and 27, 2017

Work and finish the webpages for the food trail and Unesco trail

February 2 and 3, 2017

Preparation of the actual caches

February 9 and 10,2017

Goign out and hiding the caches for the next mobility
