Introduction
In 2014..
the demand for Microsoft Dynamics talent is high and increasing. The pool of Dynamics talent, while
growing in the US, continues to lack the numbers to fully satisfy the business need. This means that
2013 & 2014 have seen an increase in salaries of Dynamics professionals. The DyNexus Recruiting &
Staffing 2014 Microsoft Dynamics salary survey is collated and developed by DyNexus Group senior
recruiting staff and management. The data used to create this survey was compiled using our US-based
Dynamics ERP & CRM permanent placement data dating back to 2006, and was corroborated through
countless candidate and client interviews and comparison with other salary surveys including Dice,
Monster & Salary.com. We believe the DyNexus 2014 Dynamics Salary Survey is the most accurate and
current Dynamics salary survey on the US market. We hope you find it to be a valuable resource, and we
encourage your feedback!
