Circle: Used to Create A circle of a given radius, diameter etc.

To Draw a circle of fixed radius (Circle, Radius)

ARC: Used to Create An arc

3-Point
This command draws an arc using three
specified points on the arc's circumference.
The first point is the start point

specified direction.
