LEADERSHIP AND DRIVING:

Lead for all and not for some.

Basic concepts:

Many times the leaders in order to obtain the best conditions for their team,
they fail to see the totality of the needs of the group, this marks the difference
between being a "a leader" and being THE LEADER"..

"The LEADER" of all leaders is one who has the ability to see the full reality
of the problem, interpret what happens to other leaders in particular, and has
the greatness of putting the interests of the whole group above Interests of
its own team.

LEADERSHIP AND DRIVING:

Lead for all and not for some.

This concept can be represented by the popular phrase that expresses: "to
stop seeing the tree, to be able to see the forest".

From the point of view of driving, it marks that to be the "LEADER" of leaders
it is fundamental to stop seeing only the particular issues that affect my team
(the tree), to analyze how they affect all groups in general (the forest).

LEADERSHIP AND DRIVING:

Lead for all and not for some.

Having a total and complete view of the situations will eventually lead the rest
of the leaders along with the members of the other teams to see this capacity
and recognize them as "the LEADER".

Of course, this way of leading will demand its maximum capacity to negotiate
and will be able to constantly test the firmness of its integrity, values and
principles, with the aim of achieving the greatest possible consensus among
the other leaders.

Another way to analyze and illustrate this aspect is through a human

pyramid, which supports the leader, where instead of being a single team,
there are two that form the group "team A" and "team B", we can diagram it
as follows:

LEADERSHIP AND DRIVING:

Lead for all and not for some.

Case 1: Lead for all.

We can see that if the driver "leads
for all", the organization remains
stable without major variations that
affect the performance of its role.

LEADERSHIP AND DRIVING:

Lead for all and not for some.

Caso 2: Lead for some.

Contrary to case 2, we will assume
that the leader has a predilection
for team A, a fact that will generate
discontent, discomfort and lack of
commitment on the part of team
members B (represented by the
absence of the people in the
pyramid).

All this will result in a lack of support for the driver, considerably affecting their
role as such on a daily basis and worse even in critical situations.
