To stay completive in the market we revised our wedding packages to waive reception/dinner
room rental to increase overall food/beverage revenue and increase share shift opportunities
To capture additional weddings over need dates ( Friday & Sunday) we are offering a 15%
discount on our wedding package for budget sensitive opportunities to capture the business,
we have booked 2 YTD.
To grow the Class reunion segment we are offering an incentive of one night stay with
breakfast for (2) at time of booking which is eligible for a drawing over the reunion dates,
we have booked 3 YTD
We have increased are participation in local organizations to promote hotel and identify new
