Introduction
Purpose
The purpose of this document is to demonstrate the following activities:
- Wave planning activities

2. Navigate to Outbound > Documents > Wave, then enter any Selection Criteria, and
click Execute
3. Select the Wave line item that you wish to work on, then click Wave Item to view details
on the Wave

Verify warehouse tasks can be generated by the system for the wave

3. Click the Multiple Selection button next to the Outb. Delivery Order field

6. Select all documents by clicking on the Select All icon, then click Outbound Delivery
Order > Follow-on Functions > Warehouse Task

9. If all the statuses are Green, exit out of the window and do not save.

Schedule Replenishment
1. Enter t-code /n/SCWM/REPL
2. In the next screen enter the following information, and select Execute:
a. Select Order-Rel. Replenishment
b. Enter the Product number (should not need it if running for a wave)
c. Enter the Wave number
d. Select the three options under Additional Settings

Do Not Consider Min. Quantity (may select this, too, just in case)
Fill to Maximum Quantity (should not need)
Exceed Maximum Quantity (selecting this should be sufficient)

3. In the next screen, unselect the WT Immed. Box will be unselected to allow a
replenishment wave to be created for monitoring. If you need to create a task
immediately for any reason and do not need a replenishment wave, you can select it
manually, and click Execute

Note: You can go to the Warehouse Monitor using /n/SCWM/MON to validate that the
Wave was created using the steps below
a. Navigate to Documents > Stock Transfer
b. Enter the Warehouse Request Number
c. Display the Stock Transfer Items to view that all Warehouse Tasks have been
created
d. Display the Warehouse Tasks and acquire the associated Wave number

You can now click on Warehouse orders tab and see the replenishment WOs that got created.
This view also shows the replenishment wave number. In this case, it is wave 1080.

To see if all the required replenishments have warehouse tasks created for it, you can now click
on the Stock Transfer document number, which takes you to the stock transfer delivery page.
You can also navigate here through tcode /SCWM/IM_ST
Through the Internal Stock Transfer > Follow-on Functions > Warehouse Task menu path, you
can now view whether there is any open request that has not been met with a replenishment
WT.

There is still a potential issue with not getting all replenishments generated, and that can be due
to data mismatch between rough bin and material warehouse master. Those will be identified
when you are simulating the ODO task creation, or when you release the wave.

3. This will generate details on the Warehouse Request. Click Create, then click Create +
Save

2. Navigate to Outbound > Documents > Wave, and enter any Selection Criteria and
click Execute

3. Select the Wave you wish to release, then click the More Methods icon, and select
Release Wave Locked

1. From ECC (not EWM), enter t-code SPPFP then click Execute
