TELECOMMUNICATION CABLE TRENCH PIPE AT WISMA ROZALI
We refer to our letter ref no. PNM/HRA/PMD/MAINTENANCE/01/06(016)
dated 14 April 2006 as attached. To date, no action has been taken by
your company as requested to properly cover the trench pipe, which
causes water from external drain to seep through our basement.
Consequently, during a heavy downpour on 9 September 2006, water
from the external drain has irrigated through the trench pipe and into
our basement (photos attached). Although no major damages had
been done, we foresee that a major downpour alike the one in February
2006 could again flood our basement.
In view of the above, we seek your cooperation to rectify the above
matter immediately. Kindly liaise with our En Azreen bin Azman at 032031 8648 ext. 1510 for further clarification.
