SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF LIGHTNING PROTECTION SYSTEM
AT WISMA ROZALI, NO. 4 PERSIARAN SUKAN, SEKSYEN 13, 40100
SHAH ALAM.

Letter of Award
We are pleased to confirm acceptance of your quotation for the sum of
RM58,250.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Fifty Eight Thousand Two Hundred
and Fifty only) subject to the following terms, conditions and
requirement:
a.

Scope of Work
As per your quotation reference no ELSB/Q/pnsb/016 dated 27th
February 2006. Quotation attached as per Appendix A.

b.

Site
The site is located within the premises of Wisma Rozali (formerly
known as Wisma Maritim) at No 4 Persiaran Sukan, Seksyen 13,
40100 Shah Alam, Selangor. No extension of operation shall be
allowed beyond the specified area.

c.

Commencement and completion date

The Works shall immediately commence upon your acceptance of

this Letter of
Award and shall complete by the 10th April 2006 (Completion
Date).
d.

Term and Payment

Payment to the contractor shall be 100% upon satisfactory
completion of the contract scope of work.

e.

Reinstatement works
The contractor is to ensure that all affected areas due to hacking
and cutting works done on the buildings wall, road surfaces and
road curb are reinstated accordingly.

f.

Keeping site clean

The contractor is to ensure that the whole premises be thoroughly
clean up prior to handling area, should it be otherwise, we shall
engage a contractor to do the cleaning works and bill you
accordingly.

g.

License / Permit
The contractor is responsible to apply any relevant license / permit
from all relevant authorities.

h.

Warranty
The contractor will provide 12 months warranty from the date of
completion against all manufacturing and construction defects and
replacement of materials, electrical components, wiring works and
parts.

i.

Termination notice
In the event the contractor fail to complete the work within the
specified period, Puncak Niaga (M) Sdn Bhd have every right to

terminate the contract. The contractor shall then be liable to

compensate Puncak Niaga (M) Sdn Bhd for the uncompleted job.
