Affidavit of Non-Tenancy, No Improvement and Total Landholdings
I, NILA W, OYANDO of legal age Married, Filipino citizen and a resident of
Poblacion Santo, La Union, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, hereby depose and say:
1. That I am the owner of a certain parcel of land located at Paagan,
Santol, La Union covered by Tax Declaration No. 2009-16-0001-01141,
2009-16-0001-01142;
2. That there is no tenant in the above-described property, nor is it leased
to anybody;
3. That there is/are no existing improvement/s in the above-described
property;
4. That I do not own total landholdings of more than Five (5) hectares;
5. That I am executing this affidavit in order to attest to the truth and
veracity of the foregoing statements and for all legal intents and
purposes it may serve.
