Oriental Mindoro National High School is the home of diversity and

excellence. Students in this very institution excel in the vast fields of arts,
challenging depths of sports, and extraordinary heights of academic
achievements. This is the very institute that hones the passion and skills of
students and develops it into individuals that have the potential to shape our
nation and possibly, the world. Specifically, some of these glorified skills that
many students in OMNHS possess are the abilities of logical and critical
thinking, in depth reflection and proficiency in communication. We have seen
the progress of these prospect debaters as they became active members of
the Debate Society of Oriental Mindoro National High School. Their
endeavors in debating had proven their capacity to be critical, eloquent,
socially aware, and innovative,
Now, those students need to be well conditioned for their next
endeavor, the Ateneo Debate Camp that will be held in Ateneo de Manila
University this June 17-19, 2016.
Fortunately, the Ateneo Debate Society (ADS) has invited our school to
participate in the said event This came as an opportunity for students of our
school to grab ahold of such skills, continue developing them, and at the
same time, represent our school in this comprehensive workshop/camp. The
Debate Society of our school has selected 7 passionate and skilled students
for the event.
In line with this, I, _________________ am allowing my son/daughter,
_____________________ to attend the Ateneo Debate Camp this June 1719,2016 to be held at Ateneo de Manila University. I am aware that the
school and the organization will not be held accountable for any injuries,
losses that may occur during the event.

Oriental Mindoro National High School is the home of diversity and

excellence. Students from this very institution excel in vast fields of arts,

achievements. Specifically, some of the skills developed by the students
such as critical thinking, in depth reflection and proficiency in communication
are qualifications we continue to observe in adding more members to our
growing organization. In order to make sure that progress of our schools
debate society continues,we have invited students to join the Annual
Schools Encounter on Debate (ASCEND). This will be a way for them to enter
into the organization where they will be trained, to be able to develop their
skills and to represent the school in other competitions if they meet the
qualifications by debating with fellow OMNHS students.
Fortunately, your child has accepted our offer and is willing to attend
ASCEND which will be consisting of talks about the necessary things one has
to know about debate and debate rounds which will assess their skills as
potential contenders in future contests to be attended by the OMNHS
Debate Society.
In line with this, I ____________ am allowing my son/daughter
________________ to attend the Annual Schools Encounter on Debate this July
2, 2016 to be held at the PTA Hall. From 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
