been complied with by the defendant till yet, therefore, I am suffering
heavy loss and injury as the vehicle in question was commercial one,
hence I am suffering not only monetary but also mental torture at the
hands of the defendant because of there not obedience to the orders of
the Honourable Court.

That the matter urgent one for the compliance of the orders of

the Honourable Court , hence it is necessary to be taken during the

vacation and such request of mine may kindly be allowed, so that the
vehicle in question may be produced before the Honourable court for

snatching the vehicle yesterday viz 26-04-2009.

That in the vehicle there was an amount of Rs. 200,000/- which

was taken by the plaintiff to purchase the electronic material, which

were also robbed by Asif and Waseem Baig, showing themselves the
persons of the defendant.
5.

The matter requires urgency, therefore, the same may be fixed

today for the purpose of hearing.
