You told her you were not going to do it and became loud and argumentative. The Deputy Judge then told you if you did not give her the information you should plan to be in her office at 9:00 a.m. Monday moming. You answered with “for what, another reprimand?” This behavior is unacceptable. Therefore, pursuant to the Bullitt County Government Employee Handbook 14.5(4) you are hereby suspended for 4 days January 10%, 11", 12, and 13") without pay for insubordination.
