The Contract Condition shall be that approved by Bureau of Public
Procurment (BPP) for Big Works and published for use in Federal Government
of Nigeria (FGN) Works and Procurement and as attached in the Bills of Quantities.
Amendment to the Contract Condition are as attached in the Special
Conditions of Contract as approved by Bureau of Public Procurement
(BPP) for use in Federal Government of Nigeria Works and Procurement

1 DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATIONS
1.1 DEFINITIONS
The following abbreviations have been used through the Bills of
Quantiteis and thier meanings are given in bracket:M

1.2 Communication
The Contractor shall route all communications through the
Project Coordinator to the Employer. The Employer shall also route
all comunications to the Contractor through the Consultant.

2.1 Additional Copies of Drawings and Documents
The Contractor shall be provided with Two(2) additional copies
of contract documents duly endorsed by the Consultants and
appropriate approving authority for the Construction of the Works
The Contractor shall ascertain that a copy of this document is
appropriately displayed in his office and the conference room for
references as may be needed at all times.
