New Employee Probationary Review Employees

Guidelines
All new employees are employed subject to a three-month
probationary period. A formal performance review will be carried out
after 3 months service and before the probationary period ends.
You should complete the relevant sections and this will be used as a
basis for discussion with your manager. It will be used to ascertain
any additional training that may be required. This form should be
signed and returned to your manager and a copy passed to HR.
