JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT
OF
MARIO MANLOLOKO
This Judicial Affidavit of Mario Manloloko is executed to
serve his direct testimony in the instant case.
I, Mario Manloloko, of legal age, single, and living at A. #69
Heartbeat St., Brgy. Pegasus, Quezon City, witness in this case, state
under oath as follows:
PRELIMINARY STATEMENT
The person examining me is Atty. Genie C. Morales with office
address at 109 Shining Star Bldg., Nagniningning
Condominium, Central Avenue, 1007 Quezon City. The
examination is being held at the same address. I am answering her
questions fully conscious that I do so under oath and may face
criminal liability for false testimony and perjury.
PURPOSE: This affidavit/testimony of witness Simon Loloko is
being offered to substantiate the existence and authenticity of the
Chattel Mortgage executed by Jabba Hutt and Han Solo including all
the evidence attached thereof.

The witness will also prove that the accused signed and was present in
the execution of the chattel mortgage and such other matters as may
be relevant in the case at bar.
1. Q. Please state your name and other personal circumstances for
the record.
A. I am Mario Manloloko, 32 years old, Single, living at #69
Heartbeat St., Brgy. Pegasus, Quezon City.
2. Q. Can you tell us why you are here?
A. To give my testimony as to the transaction entered into by the
parties in this case, especially to affirm that there was a chattel
mortgage that had been executed.
3. Q. Do you know a certain Mr. Jabba D. Hutt?
A. Yes, Maam.
4. Q. Do you know a certain Mr. Han Solo?
A. Yes, Maam.
5. Q. How did you know Mr. Hutt and Mr. Solo?
A. I knew them because I was one of the individuals who signed as
a witness in the execution of the chattel mortgage between
them.
6. Q. Can you please tell this honorable court the individuals who
were present during the execution of the chattel mortgage?
A. Mr. Jabba D. Hutt, Mr. Han Solo, and Mr. Simon Loloko.
7. Q. Can you tell us the date of the execution of the mortgage?
A. It was executed and notarized on September 30, 2014.
8. Q. I am showing you this document, herein referred to as Exhibit
____. Do you know this document?
A. Yes, Maam.
9. Q. What is this document?
A. The chattel mortgage.
10. Q. Who signed this document?
A. Mr. Hutt, Mr. Solo, Mr. Loloko and I, Maam.
11. Q. One last question. Is this your signature?
A. Yes, Maam.
12. Q. Do you wish to add anything to your testimony?
A. None, Mam. But I reserve the right to add further statements
to my testimony as the circumstances may warrant.
