QUATER 2-4 REPORT

GENERAL SUMMARY
Tanyaton International is a multinational
corporation with office and enterprises in Cuba.
We have 4 subdivisions. The first 2 one are store,
which sales grocery and food stuff, another one is
services, which is restaurant, and we just built Ware
House. We are also planning to open new
subdivisions like factory and looking for expand
our company to other cities and countries and also
try to sell more stuff to attract the customers and
expand the area to make it more comfortable so
our company can make more profit.

into 5 parts. Most of out
asset company is cash (97%).
The equipment is about 3%
of all asset and
Inventory&Supplies about
0.39%. But another 2 parts
which are building and trade
mark are not include in our
company asset.

The asset is growing a lot since we have opened the company,

sometimes our stores can sell very well ,most of the products are sold
out so it makes our asset increase but sometimes our stores didnt sell
very well because of some reason like we increase the price of the
products so the customers will not buy as much as before and its make
the asset decrease a little bit. But overall it still growing well.
The asset number of today is $55 682 476.

COMPANY CASH
Our company cash is growing up every week
because of the money that every
subdivisions made. And the company cash
will increase the asset too.

Now, TB store can make a lot of

revenue and profit because this store
can sold many stuff, especially
cornmeal, it sold out every week and
we set the price higher than weve
bought. Other products also sold out
too so we check it every week and try
to increase tre amount and also
increase price too.

At the first time, Tanya Restaurant cant

make that much profit because the
efficient of the restaurant is not that
high but when we fixed the
equipment the efficient is getting
higher and can make more profit. So,
now Tanya restaurant can make many
profit but we also want to expand
more to make a higher profit.

Tanya Store is the first subdivision that

we have built. It can make a little bit
profit but not as much as TB store
because the efficient is a little bit lower
than another store. It sometimes lost
profit but many times it can make
profit. Even though this store cant
make many profit as other, it still
growing and if we keep going like
store can be success.

We just built Ty Warehouse and we

cant make any profit because we
order just 4 stuffs in our stock, some of
them sold out everyday but another 2
things we cant sell any of them so we
solve the problem by sent this product
to our 2 stores and set the prices very
low. At least, if we cant make any
profit in this subdivision another 2
subdivisions can make profit.

TB Store ( $137 749 ): TB store is the subdivision that can the

most profit because this store sell many kinds of things like
grocery and food stuff, we order many food and most of things
are sold out every week and every week we tried to increase the
prices so it makes more profit. We also repair the equipment,
expand the area, and hire more workers also give them more
money. This is why the efficiency of this store is very high and
make a lot of profit.
Tanya Restaurant ( $26 309 ): Tanya restaurant is the second
place because many customers came to this restaurant and we
set the price thats not too expensive so customers will be
willing to pay. We also hire more workers so the efficiency will
be higher and get more profit.
Tanya Store ( $19 206 ): Tanya Store is the third place because
this store can make profit but not as much as TB Store and Tanya
Restaurant but it is still growing, we are also repair the
equipment to make the efficiency higher and order more stuff to
sell. Sometimes we cant sell as much as we want so we
decrease the number that we order and also decrease the prices
too so it makes our company dont losses money that much.
Ty Warehouse ( $-5189 ): Ty Warehouse is the last place because
it cant make any profit. The reason why it cant make is because
2 of the stuffs that we ordered is not be sold so we solve this
problem by sold the stuff that we cant sell to TB Store and Tanya
Store in a cheap price.

Tanya Store and TB Store ( Blue and Green line) are growing very well,
sometimes they went up and sometimes they went down. You can see
that week44 of Tanya Restaurant is drop very fast because we change the
type of restaurant from crepe to ice cream. The reason we change is
because the stuff that we order from other company is not available
anymore so we decided to change to type of restaurant and we need to
lose some monet at the first time.
