Is it that women are inferior to men?

Why cant we just be equal.
And break out of the box of labels.

Just because Im Asian doesnt mean I have to be the smartest in the class
E:
Just because Im caucasian and blonde doesnt mean Im dumb or the mean girl
L:
Just because Im hispanic doesnt mean I have to stop studying, and start working
ELA:
Just because the world started this way doesnt mean that were submitted to these labels.

I dont need to become a doctor

I dont need to be a politician

I dont need to work for the privileged and clean their houses

We need to work towards a better future

I thought America was suppose to be the land of the free

Women are paid 79 cents to a mans dollar

What did we do to be treated unequally?
L:
Why is it that people think that women cant do the job like men do?
A:
We are more than capable, *pause* We just dont get a chance
*say with energy and enthusiasm*

We have the strength, we have it

But only so many people recognize it

Like a girl has become an offensive term or insult

When it is really a powerful saying

Isnt making woman greater than men

Isnt saying Im a feminist and not doing anything about it

Being a feminist is standing up for equality.

What happened to equal rights?
Why cant we just have equality

I was born in sunny Southern California
Raised to be a good person
To do something with my life.

I was afraid what people thought about me and them I pretended not to care about their opinion

When things went wrong the Teachers and staff would not believe my word

I felt accepted but later I was to find out that I wasnt good enough for my so called friends

But the future will limit us
