Electronic Ticket Kalstar yang sah adalah yang tercatat di dalam Kalstar Computer system.
Nama Penumpang yang ada di dalam Ticket harus sama dengan Nama yang tertera di dalam kartu Identitas yang ada foto nya (Foto ID)
Penumpang Pada saat Check-In di Airport harus menunjukkan Foto ID. Contoh nya : KTP,SIM,Passport
Check-In akan di tutup 45 menit sebelum jam keberangkatan
Kalstar Aviation tidak bertanggung jawab terhadap penerbangan lanjutan ke penerbangan maskapai lain selain Kalstar.
Maximum berat bagasi yang bisa di bawa ke cabin pesawat adalah 7Kg
Free bagasi adalah seperti table dibawah jika melebihi akan di kenakan biaya EBT (Exceed Baggage Tax).
- Boeing / Embraer = 20 kg
- ATR-42/ ATR-72 = 10 kg
- Connecting flight ATR-42/72 to Boeing/Embraer = 15 kg
8. Ketentuan ini tunduk kepada ketentuan Undang-undang No.1 Tahun 2009 tentang perarturan Penerbangan dan peraturan pelaksanaannya.

RULE AT CHECK IN (Term and Conditions):

1. Valid Kalstar Electronic Ticket is only store and recorded in the Kalstar Computer System.
2. Name on the Ticket must be equal to the name in the Foto ID card (Passport, Driver License, KTP, etc).
3. Passenger must show their Foto ID at Check-In counter.

4. Check-In counter will be close 45 Minutes before Etd (Estimated Time Departure).
5. Kalstar Aviation will not be responsible any happen with the connecting Flight other than Kalstar Flight.
6. Hand luggage only allowed 7Kg maximum.
7. Free Baggage allowed will be as the following criteria:
- Boeing / Embraer = 20 kg
- ATR-42/ ATR-72 = 10 kg
- Connecting flight ATR-42/72 to Boeing/Embraer = 15 kg
8. This Term and Conditions of passenger is subject to the low of Republic of Indonesia No.1 year 2009 regarding Aviation anbd Implementing
regulations thereof.
