PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Factory made insulated wall / roof panel having
aluminium or steel facings combined with polyurethane
foam core. The panel is 50/100/150/200 mm thick and has
a width of 1000 mm with lengths upto 10 meters the side
joint is formed with tongue and
groove. Camlocks also
can be provided along the side of the panels in order to
enable the panels to tightened together.
1180, 1160,1200mm width panels are provided subject
to the qty. of requirement.
Max. length generally 10m. But long length continuous
panels are offered (subject to transportation
Self supporting Low/Micro ribbed and No rib flat sandwich panels for industrial and commercial
building walls and compartmentalization/Internal walls in general. Fast and easy assembly, excellent
thermal insulation, vertical or horizontal assembly possible.
We supply the building and construction industry these discontinuous and continuous insulated
sandwich panels . These panels improve the look and utility of the building as well as its speedingup construction and reducing the amount of expensive wood necessary for structural frames, saving
time and energy and protecting natural resources as well.

Polyisocyanurate,( PIR )foam is chemically and thermally more stable, breakdown of isocyanurate
bonds is reported to start above 200C, compared with urethane/PU at 100 to 110C.
Fire Resistance of this material is better than B-3 and B-2 types PU.
PIR :
" PIR ( polyisocyanurate) is a thermo set plastic typically produced as a foam and used as rigid thermal
insulation. Its chemistry is similar to Polyurethane (PUR/ PU ) except that the proportion of methylene
diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI) is higher and a polyester-derived polyol is used in the reaction instead of a
polyetherpolyol. Catalysts and additives used in PIR formulations also differ from those used in PUR/PU".
PIR, due to the low heat-conductibility of its independent bubble formation is 50% more thermally
efficient than the EPS ( Polystyrene). Maximum thermal efficient and stable and does not suffer from
expansion or contraction. It is Fire Self Extinguishing type material and has acoustic insulation values
some extent. PIR is a hydrophobic product, meaning it does not absorb water, allows the thermal
performance and integrity of the product to be retained regardless of water exposure. PIR foam has
become the leading insulation product in the marketplace today, as well as it is the preferred choice for
Project Managers, architects who specify, and contractors. Source : wikipedia

ROCKWOOL Core sandwich Panels are considered to be the best where FIRE RESISTANCE is important.
These Panels are preferred because :
Continuous line manufacture provides long panels. Less the joints more the performance.
Environment friendly.

Operating Temperature
To allow the natural linear thermal expansion of sheet, the drilled hole should be at least
1.5mm times the diameter of the mounting screw & a rubber washer should be utilized in between
1. The sheets should be screwed to purlins with fasteners not exceeding 200mm centers
2. Vinyl Lap seal or mastic must be used between when fasterning to steel
Trafficability
Roofs are dangerous places to work and it is recommended that the following information be included
In the Health & Safety file
No person should have access to a roof unless the direct supervision of an experienced roofer
who should be sufficiently competent to assess any risks and take the necessary action
to reduce such Risks.
Do not walk on roof lights at any time, ALWAYS use crawling boards.

The Aluminum Composite Panels (ACP) are flat panels that consist of thermoplastic core bonded
between two aluminum sheets, are frequently used as FACADE (external cladding of buildings. ACP is
very rigid and strong, despite of its light weight. Due to the ability of painting the aluminum in any color,
ACPs are produced in a wide range of metallic and non-metallic colors as well as patterns that imitate
other materials, such as wood or marble. These can be used in any cladding application, partitions, false
ceilings etc. Aluminum composite panels are available in various thickness and various brands. The
panels are excellent in finish and are RAL or PVDF coated . It can be bent, cut, drilled, punched and easily
shaped into complex shapes.
Easy installation and fabrication save cost and time periods of construction.

INSULATION MATERIALS
Polyurethane (PU) Foam :
Polyurethane (PU) Foam is efficient insulation material and bonds to most of the material. Its thermal
conductivity and high strength to weight ratio it is the natural choice for most construction insulation
applications.
PU has applications in Construction, Refrigeration, Telecommunications, Automobile , Furniture........We offer
Regular Type B-3 Type PU sheets and pipe sections. And also Sheets and Pipe sections of B-2 Type PU and
PIR (Polyisocyanurate) which are considered as better compared to B-3 Type PU in terms of Fire Reaction.
B-3 Type PU density
: 35-37 Kg. /Cu.m.
Density of B-2 type PU and PIR : 40 - 42 Kg./Cu.m
Properties
PIR
B2Type PU
Thermal Conductivity
0.027 W/M.K
0.022 w/m.k
Compressive strength
209 Kpa
129 Kpa
1.12 g/h.Sq.m
0.118 g/h.Sq.m
PUF pipe sections are oered bare or with aluminum foil lamination or craft paper. The sections can
be used for cold, hot or for dual temperature insulation. Bare sections need a separate Vapour barrier when
used for cold duty, if PU pipe section with Aluminum foil lamination then no need for a separate vapour
barrier when used for cold duty.
Less weight reduces handling hazels, stable in dimension and does not warp or
bend. EPS is also the vital insulation material in both Hot and Cold Insulation, Pipe
Insulation with EPS Pipe Section, under and over deck insulation with added
Density Sheets, Wall insulation in cold storages, Air conditioned Warehouse and
Godowns. EPS False ceiling is not only neat but also keeps even non air conditioned rooms cool by reducing the inflow of external heat.
Operating Temp: 40 C to 105 C
EPS Pipe sections are ideal for safeguarding the internal temperature of ducting,
transmit cool and compressed air from external surrounding temperature.

Rockwool is a precisely engineered bonded fiber insulation that offers maximum resistance to the passage of
heat. They consist of fine fibers spun from molten rock and bonded with thermosetting resin. Rock wool have
best combination of thermal insulation and fire protection properties applications. Rockwool products are
free from gases such as CFC, HCFC and any other Ozone Depletion material. Wide range of Rockwool products
regularly used for thermal and acoustic applications in
building Industry, Industrial applications like process industries Power plants, Cement , Fertilizer , chemical
and petrochemical , OIL and GAS , OEMs etc. Offered Rockwool product range includes rolls and boards of
densities 30 kg/Cu.m to 150 kg/Cu.m and boards up to 200 kg/Cu.m could be made available on request.
Pre-formed PIPE SECTIONS are offered from to 14 of densities 90 to 180 kg/Cu.m
Properties:

Glass Wool is another preferred insulation material because of its thermal and acoustic insulation
properties, light weight, high tensile strength and exceptional resilience. Glass Wool Insulation is the most
dominant type of insulation used in applications with service temperatures between -50 C to 250 C, The
product is light gold in color and its superior tensile strength and resilience makes the product ideal for
applications in which there will be vibration, jolting or high compression. The light weight and handle
ability of Glass Wool Insulation also offers significant advantages during transport and installation. In
addition, Glass Wool Insulation is chemically inert and has no impurities such as iron shots, sulfur and
chloride. The product is non corrosive to metal and does not support mold grow.
It is Non toxic, durable and gives aesthetic look also.
Form :
Glass wool slabs, blankets and pipes are available unfaced or with a facing of glass reinforced alumininum
Kraft (FSK), Black fiber glass tissue, packed in black poly bags and wire mesh option depending on the
application.
Density: 12 - 120 Kg/ Cu.m depending on the application.
Size:
Standard size for panels : 1200x1200x50mm / 75mm or Multilayer
