Description
Retail Excel is a robust and comprehensive application suite that embodies the mandatory functionality of a typical
business while providing ample scope for configuration and customization to each retailer's business needs. This complete
software, for day-to-day business needs, is integrated with accounting modules to enable sales through PCs or POS
devices. PRIL has extended its IT solutions for the retail market to include both large corporate retailers and small and
medium sized retailers. The Retail Excel software will be pre-customized for 6 retail categories Apparel & Footwear,
Consumer Durables, Grocery Supermarkets and Departmental, Books & Music Stores, and Gifts & Accessories stores.
The Application is developed as Windows application for purpose for all transactions happened as billing counter. It
contains all modules for billing, tender declarations, customer creations, loyalty handling, and promotional offer. There is
separate database for counters and server. Customer loyalty card creation and loyalty points generation and transfer can
be done at the time of billing and based on some pre specified rules. Billing can be done at any time even when there is no
connectivity between counters and store server as they have same database copy in their local disk. This feature is called
offline billing. All transaction data pushed to server in every 5 minutes duration. In application there are many security
privileges s that only authorize person like chief cashier can open counter session for billing and can view billing details of
all counters. A cashier can be able to do billing in his counter only for avoiding fraud. New counter or crashes counter can
be created from server database at any time when all sessions are closed and then billing can be done normally at that
counter. Seamless information flow between remote store locations and Head Office that facilitates better inventory
visibility and timely response to customer demand.

ISMC stands for Independent Small Medium Chain. It is a part of Enterprise Rx. Many small pharmacies are linked
together and patients database are maintained.
Its all about processing the prescription in pharmacy. User has the option to pay through maintaining account in
