fine here. It has been a very long time since we met or wrote to each other. So I thought of
penning down a few lines to check things with you.
We just got back from our vacation to Thailand and had a great time. We went to Phuket
and Bangkok. Amazing, you must see those places. If you happen to plan a holiday to that side of
the world do let me know and I shall give you tips on sightseeing, shopping, etc.
I want to share something that is disturbing me these days. Mom has not been keeping
good health and I am really worried for her. Sometimes I see bad dreams about mom and they
wake me up in the middle of the night. I am sure you know what bad dreams I am talking about.

Anyways you say what is up with you and how is work? I can see that it is keeping you

My dear father,

Thanks for your last letter. I hope you are fine.
Im writing to you from London when Im spending my summer holidays with my sister,
Anna. Im absolutely fascinated by the city. Its really awesome! As you know, London is the
capital city of England and its on the River Thames. Anna and I are staying in a nice youth
hostel, very close to the city center.
On the first day of our stay here, we spent a fortune on the flight on the famous London
Eye. In only 30 minutes we saw more than fifty Londons most famous landmarks. The London
Eye, which is the symbol of the city, is the biggest observation wheel worldwide. After the flight,
Anna and I went to watch Changing, the Guard, which takes place inside the railings of
Buckingham Palace. The Queens Guard is always accompanied by a band and the ceremony
lasts for 45 minutes. It was really amazing! Next, we took some photos of the Houses of
parliament of Big Ben and of Westminster Abbey and we had a nice walk along the riverside in
the evening. I was mesmerized by London at night. Thats all from me now.
