To obtain an annual volume rate agreement, an agreement must be signed in advance. All annual rate agreements apply to one newspaper. If an advertiser does not attain his annual rate agreement, he will be rebilled at the appropriate earned rate at the end of the calendar year.

Make-up and printed page size: 9.89 (6 columns) wide x 9.89 deep; 1 column = 1.56, 2 columns = 3.22, 3 columns = 4.89, 4 columns = 6.56 5 columns = 8.22, 6 columns = 9.89. Double truck billed as 13 columns x 9.5.

DEADLINE & CANCELLATION POLICY

POSITION CHARGE

Display ad deadline is 5 p.m. Friday. Full price will be charged for any scheduled ad cancelled after Monday at noon.
The subject matter, form, size, wording, illustration & typography of all advertising copy received by The Community News shall be subject to approval, revision, classification, cancellation or rejection at any time by The Community News in its sole and absolute discretion. Previous acceptance of any advertising copy by The Community News will not operate as a waiver of The Community News rights hereunder to edit, revise, classify, cancel or reject advertising copy at any time. The Community News reserves the right to revise advertising rates at any time with 30 days written notice.
