Multifunctional and cross-system
In the machine and panel building sector, the available space for power
distribution is more and more limited. Nevertheless, the requirements
regarding exibility, availability and safety remain high. The 60mm-System
compact made by Whner is ready to meet these requirements. It combines
the availability and the system idea of the well-proven 60mm-System classic
but with reduced space requirements.

60mm-System compact, 3-pole

Variable distribution in limited space
With its compact installation height of only 160mm, the 60mm-System compact in the 3-pole version represents the ideal solution
for the power range up to 360A. The possibility to combine it with components from the existing 60mm-System classic is a further
advantage. This increases the panel builders exibility when planning their panels. For fuse-free outgoing feeds, the busbar adapters
EQUESEasyConnector up to 32A and 63A are available. They allow for mechanical fixing and safe connection of motor starter combinations to the busbar system. The main features of these busbar adapters are the moveable DIN rail, an adjustable combination base
(from 5mm to 10mm and back) as well as temperature resistant AWG conductors. Outgoing feeds designed for use with fuses can be
realised in the 60mm-System compact, with, for example, the QUADRONCrossLinkBreaker NH000 up to 125A.

60mm-System compact, 4- and 5-pole

Highest quality standards on limited space
The 4- and 5-pole version of the 60mm-System compact is primarily used in building automation or consumer distribution units. According to DIN EN 60439-1 (VDE 0660- 1), applications with at busbars 12x5 mm up to 200A are possible. By the use of the same
busbar support as in the 3-pole version, with additional PE and N busbars between the phases, the installation dimension of 160mm
is maintained. The main component of the 4- and 5-pole system is the single-pole, 18mm wide modular busbar adapter. It was specially designed for Miniature Circuit Breakers up to 63A. The phases can be freely adjusted to L1, L2, L3 and N on installation. With
the single-pole adapter and corresponding connections, it is possible to create several multi-pole groups with different connections.
Mechanical latching with the PE and N modules is also possible.
