RULEBOOK
INTRODUCTION
Each partner school must:
1. Make up the project team consisting of teachers and technical staff (at least 6
persons) and confirm it by the headmasters order.
2. Determine the criteria for the selection of the students who will be involved in the
projectactivities (there should be about 30 students).
3. Sign the contract with each student involved in the project activities and his
parents for permission to share information and photos in public.
4. Sign a cooperation agreement with the coordinating institution - J.Urbsys Catholic
Basic School, Lithuania.
5. Delegate at least one person to international/ transnational meetings and training
/ educational visits, who knows and understands clearly what activities are being
carried out in the course of the project and what tasks are needed to be fulfilled.
6. To write the project MINUTES after each visit. Each country is in charge of
them. It is obligatory to write them in 2 weeks time after the visit.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTICIPANTS
1. To participate in the project activities.
2. Get travel funding (set by the norms) for international meetings and training /
educational visits.
3. Evaluate the project activities after each stage of development.

4. The contact persons of each country are entitled to receive e-mail reminders about
the activities necessary to be carried out according to the calendar of the activities.
5. The coordinating institution/school has the right to verify if the activities are
doneon time.
THE DUTIES OF THE PARTICIPANTS
1. J.Urbsys Catholic Basic School is a coordinating institution/ school.
2. Each partner school must keep to a calendar of activities.
3. Polish partner school creates a project website and coordinates the information
provided in the course of the project.
4. The Lithuanian partners create a closed Facebook group where the members of
the project will communicate and place information about the ongoing activities.
5. Each school must make up the display boards at school,promote the project
activities on the school site, the local press, etc as well asprovide information for
the project website.
6. The Spanish partner school creates a project brochure.
7. Make up and publish 2e magazines magazines (2017-10 and 2018-09),
containing information about the project activities. The Slovenian and Polish
schools partners are in charge of this activity.
8. The project consists of 6 stages, including international meetings and training /
learning activities. After each stage, the Polish partners prepare questionnaires
and summaries and place them on the Project website (not later than 2 weeks after
the visit) with the cooperation with a coordinating institution J.Urbsys Catholic
Basic School.
9. Each partner school has to carry out some certain tasks before the actual visit. The
representatives of school will participate in the international teaching / learning
activities and report the activities. These meetings are intended to ensure the
proper management of the project. The representatives analyze the progress of the
project and make decisions together, indicating possible changes or improvements
ifnecessary.
10. The Lithuanian partners are responsible for the final product in the end of the
project - a brochure and a CD, which will be include the information about
activities carried out throughout the whole project time. Other partners are
responsible for presenting the info material they are responsible for on time.

11. A constant exchange of information between partners will be ensured by an


informal interaction via IT tools. In case a consensus cannot be reached, the
headmasters of the participating schools will be invited to the consultations.
Emergency cases that require significant changes must be coordinated with the
NA.
12. The headmasters of schools and the coordinators are responsible for the correct
use of finances.
