A RESOLUTION OF THE PTA BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SIBUG MEMORIAL
ELEMENTARY SCHOOL SUDAPIN, KIDAPAWAN CITY FOR THE PROCUREMENT
OF THE NEEDED ADDITIONAL MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS OF THE EXISTING
DRUM AND LYRE CORPS OF SIBUG MEMORIAL ELEMENTARY SCOOL THE
FOLLOWING ARE THE PTA BOARD OF DIRECTORS WHO ARE IN
ATTENDANCE;

WHEREAS, Sibug Memorial Elementary school of Sudapin, Kidapawan City
experienced the shortage of the musical Instruments of the Drum and Lyre Corps;
and
WHEREAS, during the various activities wherein the school was invited to play
within the city, district and within the barangay the school find hard time to borrow
the needed musical instruments; and
WHEREAS, the members of the Drum and Lyre Corps felt inferior in playing
well during their performance due to the absence of the other instruments that
would enhance the harmony and rhythm of their music; and
WHEREAS, the musical instruments needed to complete the Drum and Lyre
Corps of SMES are
5 Synthetic Snare Drums, 10 Lyres, 10 Tambourines, 1 cymbal and 2 Bass Drums
WHEREAS, the parents of Sibug Memorial Elementary School are not well of
and therefore cannot aford to buy their own instrument needed to complete the
musical instruments of the Drum and Lyre Corps; and
WHEREAS, playing with complete musical instruments will increase pupils
confidence and will boost their morale and would eventually increase their selfesteem of which the school envisioned to develop; and
THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Sangguniang Barangay Chairman of
Sudapin, Kidpawan City is highly and humbly requested to take its pride to
appropriate fund for the procurement of the aforementioned musical instruments
needed to complete the Drum and Lyre Corps of Sibug Memorial Elementary School
Sudapin, Kidapawan City.
