This article discuss the need of consistency in the classroom. Children need steady
consistency in the classroom to ensure there are positive and nurturing interactions
within the classroom. Having consistency within the classroom fosters a sustainable
and effective child care environment
This scholarly article will prove that children need consistency. With high levels of
teacher attrition, this can affect the learning environment of the children. Children also
need stability within the daily routines and activities. Schools with constant teacher
retention can affect the quality of education that they are able to provide the children.
This articles relates to my study because it proves that children need stability and
constant turnover can affect the quality of education being provided.
Findings/Conclusions-This research study concludes that consistency is needed within
the classroom to help the children to meet their developmental goals. I will use the
information to show retaining teachers can provide healthy learning environment for
the students and impact the developmental growth of the child.

This study examines 260 teaching staff members to find out the causes of constant
turnover. From the study, they determined that there are many causes for why teachers
and directors leave their jobs but the most common causes are to find a higher paying
job, to switch out of the field or to move to another classroom within an agency or
center.
This scholarly article influences my topic about how budget constraints can be a cause
for a teacher or director to leave a center. This study also looks at the benefits of
paying higher wages for the teaching staff.
This articles relates to my study because it proves that many of the teacher staff leave
their positions for another position that pays better. It also talks about the benefits of
paying staff members higher wages.
Findings/Conclusions-This research study concludes that constant turnover can affect
the others teachers and staff within the centers abilities to do their job and support the
children within their classrooms. When many of the teachers felt this way, it impacted
their decision to stay within their position as well. However, it has been found that
recruitment and retention have improved when there are higher paying positions within
the center.

This article discuss the quality of the center and how many centers are not meeting the
environmental requirements. The article shows the correlation of how a socioeconomic
status can affect the quality of the center. This relates directly to the budget constraints
effecting the quality of the center.
This scholarly article will prove that budget constraints have an impact on the quality
of the center. When centers are located in areas of low-income families that quality of
the center can suffer as there are budget constraints that cannot accommodate the
necessary quality of a center.
This articles relates to my study because it proves that budget constraints can affect the
quality of a center in a negative way.
Findings/Conclusions-This research study concludes that the socioeconomic status
plays a big role in the quality of a center. In high-income areas, the quality of a center
is higher than that of centers that are in low-income areas. The low-income areas have
budget constraints that prevent centers to have the same quality as those who have a
higher family income.

dissatisfied with their job, they want better pay or in some cases retirement. However,
this study shows that the main reason that teachers leave is because they are not happy
and then they look for another job that appears is going to make them happy.

This article evaluates two schools in South Africa that were not
successful in their approach to teaching students. They had to
develop strategic plans to help make sure that the learning
environment would be sustainable.
This scholarly article shows how if a strategic plan is put into place then the learning
environment can improve. Once the plan is put into place, there should be a difference
in the learning environment. Hopefully the difference will create a sustainable and
heathy learning environment in which the children feel safe and are meeting their
milestones.
This is a reason in how we can produce a sustainable learning environment by creating
a strategic plan and putting the plan into practice.
