Collected extensive notes from over 40 qualitative consumer testing interviews for the Centers for
Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) sponsored Physician Compare project.
Organized study findings from consumer testing interviews in order to assist with the drafting of a final
findings report.

Developed the plain language and descriptions of several CMS quality measures.
Contributed with usability testing and quality checking of the redesigned Physician Compare CMS
website.

Collaborated on a colleagues Pregnancy Project dissertation by collecting and analyzing data from at risk
mothers and their infants from WIC clinics within Prince Georges County.
Conducted in-home surveys with Pregnancy Project participants to observe mother and infant interactions and
recorded findings from Pregnancy Project participant questionnaires in SSP software.
Scored early development examinations to gain understanding of achievement gaps during early childhood in
rural areas.
