This research looks at how 5 high-poverty schools used team collaboration to


turn their school around. It talked about what the 5 school districts did that
made the collaboration so effective. They said some essential components to
making sure collaboration works is protected time, investment of leadership,
and a team leader for each team.
This article influences my research because it looks at collaboration and how it
effects teacher practice, team work, and students. The results support the idea
that teacher collaboration effect teamwork, teacher practice, and student
achievement.

This article benefits my study because it proves that teacher collaboration does
make a difference.

effective collaboration. This article gives some insight into essential
