1. Introduction
Team members greeted each other and thanked for the attendance on weekly
meeting.

2. Matters discussed
Topics was divided between members
The progress of divided topics was discussed and some more idea was
suggested to improve the installation of PV.
Team members decided that web site should contain sufficient information and
company introduction
Web site will be handle by one member, which should be supported by
whole team
Draft of future web site was discussed and selected
Team members of Wau Solar visit site of installation for PV solar and conform
on decision of location.
Logo and slogan was discussed and few suggestions was chosen, final design
will be proposed by one of team member
Final design of LOGO was selected
System process diagram and feed-in tariff with additional bonus decided to be
prepared and discussed later on
System process diagram was issued and Feed-In tariff was taken from
SEDA
WAU Solar team has been discussed on location of solar installation. Few
possible places was suggested:
1. Gym roof (Conform)
2. MICET bus station (rejected due to location)
3. Backside of MICET hill, beside SDCL office (was rejected due to
possible shadow)
Two additional location was selected and conformed
Annual solar irradiation will be conducted
Some questions on calculations of Azimuth angle was raised and decide to
meet DR Robert for more information
Proposed system size and solar configuration will be based on client
requirement on amount of energy
System size was selected based on the price and efficiency
System price and numbers of panels should be discussed based on
requirements
A system option was discussed between members base on the price and
amount of energy can be received. Two options were chosen and conform for
proposal.
Solar and inverter types will be chosen by expected amount of energy and to
decrease the price of payment.
Manufacture warranty and investment analysis should be started after
receiving the amount of required energy
