FOLLOW THE TRUCK ROUTE SIGNS ALL THE WAY TO THE VENUE ENTRANCE
DO NOT TURN OFF AT ROUNDABOUT on Camp Road
From London & Birmingham / M40 Junction 10

Leave M40 at Junction 10, turn onto B430 heading to Ardley & Middleton

Stoney. Follow the Black Truck route signs to Heyford Park (See Image A)

2 Turn right to Upper Heyford after approx 1.5 miles from J10. Follow Black Truck
route signs to Heyford Park. (See Image B)

3 Turn right onto Camp road.

Follow Black Truck route signs to Heyford Park. Pass

through the traffic calming, over two roundabouts. Take the next right turn into
the site entrance. This is before Kirtlington Rd.

The Black Truck route signs to Heyford Park will lead you over the roundabout and
directly to the correct site entrance. This entrance is marked with a BROWN sign (See
image D)

From the East/Northampton / M1 J15a


Follow A43 to M40 J10 then go straight over onto B430 towards Ardley and Middleton
Stoney. Then as 1/2/3 above.

From the South/Newbury A34 / M4 J13


Leave A34 North, immediately after BP fuel station, onto B430, to Weston on the
Green, proceed approx 5 miles passing through Middleton Stoney traffic lights,
then take next left to Upper Heyford, Follow Black Truck route signs to Heyford Park.
Then as 3 above.

From Camp Road Follow Black Truck route signs to Heyford Park then look for the
BROWN sign at site entrance (See image D)

From the site entrance gate turn left onto perimeter road, then turn right at South
of Airfield sign, U Drive reception is almost immediately on your left. (See image F)

Via Train
Bicester North is on a direct line from London Marylebone and Birmingham.
Heyford Park is a 15 minute taxi ride from the station, there is a taxi rank.
Lower Heyford train station is closer, however there are no taxis, the walk is aprox

which will mean losing all or some of your Driving Experience!

DRIVER INSTRUCTIONS
YOU MUST READ THE FOLLOWING POINTS BEFORE YOUR EVENT
To maximise the enjoyment for you and your guests please ensure you read these notes before the day of your
driving experience.

Your driving experience is now confirmed and we are unable to change the date of your experience. If
you are unable to attend we will accept a replacement driver.

Please bring the attached Signing On Form with you on the day fully completed, this will help save
time and ensure a smooth signing on process. (If you have not received the signing on form then we do
have copies available on the day)

Late arrival may mean a reduction/cancellation of your Driving Experience. It is critical you arrive 45
minutes before your start time.

If you have any problems on the day then please call our Event Line on 07933 155763. Please note this is
only used on the day of an event.

Please ensure you bring your Photo Driving Licence with you, it must be produced upon request. Provisional
licences or photocopies are not acceptable. If you have a paper style driving licence then Photo ID will be
required on the day of your driving experience. This excludes Junior Drives and Passengers Rides.

Please allow enough time for your journey and arrive 45 minutes before your start time to ensure that you are
signed on and ready for the briefing.

You may bring guests with you, for which there is no charge. There are additional pay-on-the-day drives & rides
for drivers or guests, subject to availability. Please ask your Event Manager on the day.

Airfields are notoriously cold and windy so please bring a coat and ensure your guests are prepared for the
weather. We would also recommend arms and legs covered with flat shoes for driving.

We provide light refreshments of tea, coffee and water for drivers on arrival, typically there are additional
refreshments available to purchase.

Should you be unhappy with any part of your Experience, please talk to the Event Manager on the day.

You will be unable to take part, if:

You have consumed alcohol or intoxicating drugs prior to or during any driving experience. We reserve the right
to refuse participation to anyone we suspect to be under the influence of alcohol or intoxicating drugs.

Safety

The safety of customers, spectators, instructors and staff of U Drive Cars is given the highest priority.

Driving Events involve some personal risk and, will be required to complete the attached signing on form and bring
it with you on the day.

We reserve the right to stop your driving experience (with no refund) if the instructor feels that you are driving
dangerously, are unable to maintain car control, do not listen to instructions, or make contact with another
vehicle.

Please ensure you listen carefully to the safety briefing.

Description and Prices
All descriptions, illustrations and website images are used to represent the general idea of the Experience and shall not form part of the contract. All information, prices
and claims are correct at the time of release. We reserve the right to amend the information or price relating to the product without notice. VAT is charged on all
products.
Supply of the Event
We plan the arrangements for your Experience many months in advance. Very occasionally changes may be made and we reserve the right to do so. This may involve
having to reschedule the timing and or location of an Experience, possibly at short notice, owing to availability, booking numbers, safety, technical problems, weather or
other factors beyond our control. We cannot be held liable for any costs incurred in any of these circumstances. We will endeavour to provide suitable alternative
arrangements wherever possible. In the unlikely event that a suitable alternative cannot be found, a refund will be available. Similarly, we reserve the right to withdraw
supply of the Experience due to unavailability or discontinuance of a product line or unavailability of venue.
Experience Content
We reserve the right to make changes to the Experience content without notification. All details of our Experience are as accurate as possible, but we reserve the right
to substitute equivalent alternatives in all cases without notice and without liability. Where a lesser or varied alternative is offered or substituted, you are entitled to
receive a maximum compensation equal to the net cost of the elements of the Experience missed. This sum is at our discretion. Session lengths are given as an
indication only and normally you will be taking turns with other members of the general public. We are not responsible for any increase or decrease in session lengths
and cannot be held liable for any costs in these circumstances. In the unlikely instance of any session not being completed, the maximum compensation available is
limited to the net cost of the element not completed. This sum is at our discretion.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking. We are unable to make provisional bookings unless credit terms have been agreed. We reserve the right to cancel any
order where full payment has not been received within credit terms or where payment has defaulted. Any voucher issued in these circumstances becomes void without
further notice and we cannot be held liable for any costs incurred or any personal inconvenience to yourself or others.
Health, Age, Physical and Size Restrictions
All Experiences in our product range have certain age, legal, health, physical and size restrictions. Participants shorter than 5.0 foot and taller than 6 foot 6 inches
and/or weighing more than 17 stone may have difficulty in being accommodated. Participants are required to have a full valid UK or European driving licence and must
be able to drive manual transmission vehicles. We are not responsible and the Experience is not refundable where these restrictions have been breached or
misrepresented. We reserve the right to ask for you to produce your driving licence at any time. Despite you informing us that you are in apparent good physical and
mental health, we reserve the right at our sole discretion to deny you the Experience if we think appropriate for whatever reason. Alcohol is strictly forbidden. We
reserve the right to prevent you participating in your Experience if we consider that you are unfit to drive for reasons of health, or under the influence of alcohol and/or
intoxicating drugs.
Mechanical breakdown
If on the day of the Experience a car suffers from mechanical breakdown or is unable to be used for reasons outside our control, we will endeavour to provide a
substitute. However, should your Experience be substantially reduced due to mechanical issues then we may offer a refund on a pro-rata basis, or an alternative date to
complete any missing element of the Experience. This will not cover any travel and/or accommodation costs.
Availability and Booking a Date
Events run from March to December only. All Experiences are offered subject to availability and weather conditions on the day. You are advised not to make travel or
hotel arrangements before your booking has been confirmed in writing. The issue of an Experience Voucher without a confirmed date or venue does not constitute the
confirmation of a particular date.
Weather
We reserve the right to cancel an Experience due to adverse weather conditions that may affect your safety. We cannot be held liable for any costs incurred in this
circumstance. In the event of snow, ice, fog, or heavy rain, the event may be cancelled or restricted. We will try to inform you, where possible, but should you be
affected we will re-book another day or part of the Experience not completed. Refunds will not be given.
Safety
Track Driving Experiences involve some personal risk. We will require you to sign a disclaimer before we will allow you to take part. On all Experiences our professional
instructors assess a participants ability to take part. We reserve the right to refuse any person from participating in any sessions should we deem it necessary. Whilst
we consider this very unlikely to be enforced, this rule is for safety purposes only. We kindly ask you to respect that our professional instructors decisions are final and
in your best interests. In this circumstance, the maximum compensation available is limited to the net cost of the element not completed. This sum is at our discretion.
Insurance
The Experience involves some personal risk. Some insurance policies specifically exclude certain events. Please ensure you are adequately covered.
A 2000 insurance excess applies to all our cars. This can be waived for 20. The waiver is only valid if in the event of an incident the instructor confirms you were
listening to instruction and driving within the limits set by the instructor.
Complaints
The easiest way to resolve complaints is to address them on the day with the Event Manager. Our staff will endeavour to put things right immediately. If your complaint
cannot be resolved locally, please inform us of any issues you may have relating to any of the elements of your Experience by writing to: The Managing Director, U

Vouchers
Open Vouchers are available for gift purposes. All vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers can be re-validated for a further three months
for a fee of 30, plus any increase in price is applicable. Vouchers must be extended before the expiry date has passed.
Changes to confirmed bookings
If a driver is unable to attend, a replacement driver may be acceptable subject to the approval of U Drive Cars. Any change will incur an administration charge of 30,
payable at the time of change. Once you have a confirmed date for your Experience, you are not entitled to a refund. The Experience is not transferable once booked.
Refund Policy
A refund will only be made for Vouchers within 28 days of purchase. The cost of the Experience will be refunded, less 30 for administration charges. Refunds are only
made to the person who purchased the Voucher. No refunds can be made once a date has been booked.
Failure to attend
In the event that you fail to attend the event your entire Experience will be forfeited. We can not be held responsible for traffic delays. You can send a replacement driver
if you are unable to attend in person. Please contact us to confirm the name change.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By making a booking for an Experience you are deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
