1.2 PURPOSE OF EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLAN:The objective of this Emergency Response Plan is to ensure that complete Safety is
maintained at the job site and also therewith ensure safety of the property of Saudi
Aramco as well.
All personnel shall be familiar with facility emergency plan.
Designated an Assembly area in safe location to be used during emergencies.
Provide a list of contact numbers from the Contractor personnel and Aramco
personnel that are essential to call during an emergency including names,
position, responsibility and position.
Supervisor should be responsible for head count.
Familiar to the location where resources are available.
Personnel shall be familiar to audio and visual alarms of the facility.

2.0 SCOPE OF WORK:The scope of work describes the job required for the Replacement of old
PACUs and Installing of New PACUs with its ducting works ,Electrical works
and Testing.
Contarctor shall disconnect the power and associated lines for removing
PACUs .
Removing of existing duct and its supports to facilitate for Installing new
PACUs.
Contractor shall remove the existing PACUs from the platform.
Reclamation site.
Excavation for extending the existing foundation to fit for new PACUs..
Fixing and connect rebars from the existing foundation to get more
strengthen for foundation.
Form work and fixing of plywood and its wood supports for foundation
Pouring of 4000 PSI concrete in the respective prepared areas and to be
concreted.Epoxy Painting to be apply around the foundation with two
coats.
Curing of concrete with proper Interval of time as per SA standards.
Removing of form work and do repair works in foundations.
Installation of New PACUs in the respective foundation and provide
vibration Isolator springs on concrete base.
Provide and install flexible duct connector to unit and duct.
Fabricate and Install ducting connections from new machine to existing
supply and return ducts.

Supply and install two Inch fiberglass insulation with vapor barrier for duct
connections only.
Fabricate and install aluminium cladding on new duct connection.
Provide and install power cable from unit to the disconnect switch.
Provide and install duct on angle support.
Provide and install sand trap louver.
Weather proof the exterior duct with foster to prevent damage to
insulation.
Install two DDC panels ,one for each yard serving two units on provided
base.
Provide and install indoor rigid conduit for with fittings
Provide and install PVC conduit on exterior of building only with fittings.

7.OTHERS
Health and Environmental Monitoring
Health and environmental monitoring shall be conducted by the contractor, as
applicable ( e.g., as identified in the HIP), to protect their personnel
Again exposure to health hazards (e.g., radiation, H2S, respiratory, noise).
Monitoring shall be performed by qualified personnel and the results shall be
submitted to the SAPO for review upon request.
Contract Supervisor should educate his co-workers prior to work start
regarding the location of assembly point area and the breathing apparatus
during the emergency period and also should locate the first aid kit box in case
of minor injury.
FIRST AID
contractor shall provide first aid facilities on all sites for his employees. The
first aid facility shall be kept in a sanitary condition all times. Minimum
requirements shall include the following : hot and cold water; wash basin; air
conditioning; adequate lighting; and dust tight medical supply cabinet.
First aid supplies shall be kept readily available in a cabinet designated for
those supplies only.
This cabinet shall be placed under the charge of first aid attendant, who shall
ensure the cabinet is well stocked at all times.
The cabinet content of the a first aid includes the following items Gauze pads
(at least 4 x 4 inches), Box adhesive bandages (band-age),one pack gauze
roller bandage at least 2 inches wide , Two triangular bandages, wound
cleaning agent such as sealed moistened to welters, Scissors, At least one
Blanket, Tweezers, Adhesive tape, Latex gloves, Resuscitation equipment
such as resuscitation bag, airway, pocket mask, Two elastic wraps, Splint &
Directions for requesting emergency assistance.
A suitable type of stretcher must be available on all sites.

Emergency Training
All the personnel involved in the job activities shall be properly educated and
trained on all hazards which includes H2S, fire accident, Electrical shocks and
physical exercise .
Also giving prior information to all the personnel involved in the job
activities regarding the location of fire equipment and emergency exits during
occurrence of any potential hazards associated with operations.
If any hazards occur all the personnel have to be assemble in assembly area
during emergency period.
Heat Stress
Provide drinking water stations (e.g., coolers with chilled or ice water ) for
workers and remind them to drink plenty of water even if not thirsty.
Replenish drinking water supplies as needed to ensure availability and provide
more frequent collection of sanitary waste water from portable toilets.
Monitory the related condition of employees, as well as the effectiveness of
any engineering/administrative controls and personal protective equipment
(PPE) being used.
Providing measures such as shading and local ventilation when work in direct
sunlight is required.
Scheduling work/rest rotations for workers according to the current heat
index, which is based on temperature and relative humidity?
Conduct periodic ( e.g., weekly) safety meetings/talks during hot weather
emphasizing heat stress hazards and precautions.

9. EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS
Project personnel shall also be oriented with the available telephone facility
nearest the workplaces for readiness of emergency response.
Fire drill exercises shall be conducted in the area to allow employees to
familiarize the area when emergency situation arises in the future.
In tool box meetings, contractor employees in worksites shall be taught with
proper emergency response using the Saudi Aramco standard procedure for
calling 110.
Text below shall be posted in conspicuous places to guide employees during
emergencies.
Emergencies can create a variety of hazards for workers in the impacted area.
Pre paring before an emergency incident plays a vital role in ensuring that
employers and workers have the necessary equipment, know where to go, and
know how to keep themselves safe when an emergency occurs.

how to prepare and train for emergencies and the hazards to be aware of when
an emergency occurs. The pages provide information for employers and

Responding To An Emergency
A Checklist For Rescuing A Suspended Worker
When an emergency occurs
If a suspended worker cant perform a self-rescue, call the on-site
emergency-response
team and get the appropriate rescue equipment.
First responders should clear a path to the victim. Others should direct
emergency personnel to the scene.
Prohibit all nonessential personnel from the rescue scene.
Talk to the worker and try to determine the workers condition.
