Objective: To gain an internship, Co-op or part-time job with a company in engineering for spring or summer of 2017.
EXPERIENCE:
KARP ASSOCIATES INC. and FLUSH METAL PARTITIONS: Intern

Designed and created a new process to help the assembly line work more efficiently. I implemented
a machine that can have workers build all things on this one spot in the line. It was a industrial
grade vacuum cleaner retro-fitted to suck down very large bathroom partitions.
Learned how to create 3D drawings to see if products will work proficiently through the computer
program CAD.
Shadowed a Mechanical, Managerial, Electrical and Computer Engineer throughout the company,
receiving many hands on experience and knowledge.

BERKSHIRE HILLS EISENBERG CAMP: Lifeguard/Assistant Program Director/Assistant Waterfront Director

Employed for the past 5 summers as a certified American Red Cross lifeguard. In charge of approximately 250 plus campers. I guard, teach strokes, promote water safety, and helped to research the
strength and durability of the camp lakes obstacle course, as well as maintenance of the lake.
Bunk Counselor responsible for taking care of the campers in the evening, playing games, showers
and putting them to bed.
Participant in L.I.T (leadership in training program), attended leadership conferences hosted by
LEADAmerica.
Employed this past summer as an assistant program director. In charge of organizing camp wide
activities for 250 plus campers. I had to research and contact companies that offered activities that
would be a good fit to bring into camp for young kids.

VISITOR CENTER EMPLOYEE: Help run recruitment events, give tours, work in office and speak to prospective students.

ACTIVITIES:
Model A Ford Club of Long Island:

Owned a1931 Model A Ford since age 10.


Responsible for all the maintenance and restoration. Myself along with fellow club members,
known as the Work Crew, help solve problems with others cars, and find the easiest of solutions
to them. I have rebuilt the head gasket, changed fan belts and alternator, attached an exhaust manifold heater, rebuilt the distributor, changed the tubed tires and grease the bearings.
Participanted in many community events such as parades, meets and car shows around the New
England and Tristate area. Attend charity events as well as volunteer at Assisted Living Facilities.
Through the club, the car and myself participated in the 100th anniversary of the Vanderbilt Cup
Race
(Vanderbilt Motor Parkway was the first official road for automobiles and road racing on Long Island in 1904).

HHH Robotics Team:

Founding Member of the Half Hollow Hills Robotic's Team,

Previous Director of Engineering and Previous Club President

Duties include: building and designing of the robot as well as programming.

This program is designed by FIRST ROBOTICS (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology)
which is an internationally accredited program, where teams compete from all over the world.

As a team member, I have helped to host and mentor local teams as well as teams from Turkey and Brazil.

Competed at the International competition in St. Louis, MO.
