Section A: Career Plan -Personal Mission Statement
I truly believe that success is more than achievable as long as your passion and commitment
drive you towards your dreams and aspirations. As a senior college student, it is my personal
mission to become something bigger than what is expected. I will strive to use my personal
discipline, diverse leadership skills and cultural awareness to oversee a multitude of projects
in which I hope to personally push through to their full potential. Eventually, my mission is to
not only break the class ceiling but commit myself to managing and operating a nonprofit that
specifically deals with educating and improving our lives in one way or another.

Area to Develop:
Continue to build networks even if you are comfortable with your current job.
Youll never know where the networks will come in hand down the road
Sometimes the most lavish paying jobs make the most miserable character.
Determine whether or not youre willing to give up time for other things to
become CEO. Weigh the risk vs. outcomes. Money doesnt always mean
happiness
