Process:

Create Catalogs

Objectives:

This document explains how to create an Item catalog. The catalog may then be
used for generating item descriptions (based on catalog entry values), reporting, and
for searching for items.

Prerequisites:

The Item Catalog Flexfield must be properly defined.

Overview
This procedure is used to create new catalog groups as well as apply a catalog group to a specific item.
Item catalogs are applied at the master organization level; therefore catalog assignments are visible and
consistent in all item organizations.
