The School Nurses/Social Worker are to inform the parents/guardians about the student condition

and suggest follow ups [Raising parents awareness may be required on some cases such as lice].
The School Nurse will return the student to the classroom in the case of minor symptoms, after
consideration of these symptoms.
The School Nurse/Social Worker will call the parents/guardians to take the student home/refer to
the hospital in the case of major symptoms.
The School Nurse will call the emergency unit in the case of serious symptoms or injury after
notifying and obtaining parents approval.
Any emergency case or medicine administered by the School Nurse will be recorded in the nurses
Medical Log
