THE PROCEDURES FOR SUBMISSION DATA AND INFORMATION ASSOCIATED
WITH TAXATION
BY THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY
MINISTER OF FINANCE OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Considering : a. whereas the provisions regarding the detail of the type of data
and information and the procedures for the submission data and
information associated with taxation has been set forth in the
Regulation of Minister of Finance No. 16/PMK.03/2013 on The
Detail of Type of Data and Information and the Procedures for
Submission Data and Information Associated with taxation;
b. whereas toward government agencies, institutions, associations
and other parties that are obliged to submit data and
information associated with taxation as set forth in the
Regulation of Minister of Finance of point a;
c. whereas pursuant to the provision of Article 5 paragraph (2) of
the Regulation of Minister of Finance as set forth in point a, the
addition of government agencies, institutions, associations and
other parties and the detail of the type of data and information is
implemented by amending the Regulation of Minister of Finance
stated in point a;
d. whereas based on the considerations, as referred to in points a,
point b and point c, it is necessary to stipulate the Regulation of
Minister of Finance on the Amendment of Regulation of Minister
of Finance Number 16/Pmk.03/2013 on The Detail of Type of
Data and Information and the Procedures for Submission Data
and Information Associated with Taxation;
In view of
: 1. Law No. 6 of 1983 on General Provisions and the Procedures of

Taxation (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia of 1986
Number 49, Supplement of The State Gazette of the Republic of
Indonesia Number 3262) as it has been amended several times

BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED:

: REGULATION OF MINISTER OF FINANCE ON THE AMENDMENT

OF THE REGULATION OF MINISTER OF FINANCE NUMBER
16/PMK.03/2013 ON THE DETAIL OF TYPE OF DATA AND
INFORMATION AND THE PROCEDURES FOR SUBMISSION DATA
AND INFORMATION ASSOCIATED WITH TAXATION.
Article I
Amending column 1 number 13 and adding 5 (five) numbers in
column 1 of the Appendix of the Regulation of Minister of Finance
No. 16/PMK.03/2013 on the Detail of Type of Data and Information
and the Procedures for Submission Data and Information
Associated with Taxation, thus it becomes ones as stated in
Appendix of which constitutes an integral part of this Regulation of
Minister.
Article II
This Regulation of Minister shall come into force on the date of its
promulgation.
For public cognizance, it is ordered to promulgate this Regulation of
Minister by placing in the State Gazette of the Republic of
Indonesia.
