GENERATOR DAY AHEAD BLOCK WISE SCHEDULING

All the generators are hereby requested to declare their day ahead block wise
generation schedule from 14.07.2015 onwards (ie. The schedule for 15.07.2015 should
be uploaded on 14.07.2015 by before 10.00Hrs.) without fail.
The procedure for upload the generation schedule as follows:
1. The generator has to register online.
2. On completion of user registration process, sign in by using the username
and password you have provided during registration.
3. Enter the Details of Power plants by using the link (Will be available on
15.07.2015).
4. Click on the Scheduling of power generation link, following three options for
uploading the block wise generation schedule will be displayed.
a) Schedule for allotment to TANGEDCO.
b) Schedule for allotment to CPP.
c) Schedule for allotment to Third party Sales.
5. Upload your schedule for each of above as follows:
a) Download the excel file available in the page by click the download file link.
b) Prepare your generation schedule as per the excel file format. (Block wise
Schedule should be within the approved quantum of Generation)
c) Copy the data by clicking the copy data button in the excel file and paste the
data in the box given in web application and ensure the presence of data in
all the blocks, then upload.
6. In addition to that the same excel file may be saved for each allotment
(TANGEDCO, CPP & Third Party) and send through e-mail from the registered
e-mail id to SLDC e-mail id tnsldc@tnebnet.org .
