ABSTRAK

Hipertensi sering disebut sebagai silent killer karena sifatnya asimtomatik sehingga
hipertensi menjadi penyebab kematian nomor tiga setelah stroke dan tuberkulosis.
Masalah penelitian ini adalah masih tingginya angka penderita hipertensi di Dusun
Blungkan Desa Sendangrejo Kecamatan Lamongan Kabupaten Lamongan.
Hypertension often called as silent killer because it asimtomatik so hypertension be the
cause of death number three after a stroke and tuberculosis .Problems this research is
the high number of patients hypertension in hamlet blungkan village sendangrejo
kecamatan lamongan kabupaten lamongan .
Hypertension is

Tujuan :
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya perbedaan tekanan darah
sebelum dan sesudah pemberian infusum belimbing wuluh pada penderita hipertensi di
Dusun Blungkan Desa Sendabgrejo Kecamatan Lamongan Kabupaten Lamongan.
The purpose of this study is to find differences in blood pressure before and after the
provision of infusum carambola wuluh in people with hypertension in hamlet blungkan
village sendabgrejo kecamatan lamongan kabupaten lamongan
The purpose of this research is to know of the difference in blood pressure before and

Desain penelitian
Desain penelitian menggunakan pra-experiment one group pretest-posttest design.
Populasi adalah seluruh penderita hipertensi usia 41-50 tahun di Dusun Blungkan Desa

Sendangrejo Kecamatan Lamongan Kabupaten Lamongan pada bulan Februari 2014.

Besar sampel sebanyak 23 responden. Teknik sampling menggunakan Accidental
Sampling. Variabel penelitian tekanan darah, perlakuan dengan pemberian 3 buah
belimbing wuluh dicampur dengan 1 sendok makan gula pasir. Data dikumpulkan
melalui wawancara dan lembar observasi dan dianalisa menggunakan uji Paired t-test
dengan taraf signifikansi =0,05.
Design the research uses pra-experiment one group pretest-posttest design.Population
is all of the patients hypertension age 41-50 years in hamlet blungkan village
sendangrejo kecamatan lamongan kabupaten lamongan in february 2014.Large
samples from 23 respondents.Technique sampling use accidental sampling.Variable
research blood pressure, treatment by the provision of three pieces of carambola wuluh
mixed with 1 tablespoon sugar.Data collected through interviews and a observation and
analysis use test paired t-test with the economic situation of significance = 0.05.
Design

entire population age of 41-50 years in the hamlet of Blungkan Sendangrejo Village sub

sampling technique using Accidental Sampling. Variable blood
pressure research, treatment by

administering 3 star

Hasil penelitian
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata tekanan darah sistolik sebelum pemberian
infusum belimbing wuluh adalah 171 mmHg, rata-rata tekanan darah sistolik sesudah
pemberian infusum belimbing wuluh adalah 152 mmHg, terdapat perbedaan tekanan
darah sebelum dan sesudah mengkonsumsi infusum belimbing wuluh. Hasil uji Paired
t-test didapatkan nilai p = 0,000.

Melihat hasil penelitian, maka perlu adanya penelitian lebih lanjut tentang belimbing
wuluh untuk dapat lebih bermanfaat bagi penderita hipertensi.
The results of the study shows the average blood pressure systolic before the provision
of infusum carambola wuluh is 171 mmhg , the average blood pressure systolic after the
provision of infusum carambola wuluh is 152 mmhg , there is a difference blood
pressure before and after consume infusum carambola wuluh .Paired t-test test results
obtained value p = 0,000 .Looking at the result of research , we need to the more
research on carambola wuluh to be better for patients hypertension .

See the results of the research, then the need for further research about the star
fruit wuluh to be more useful for patients with hypertension.
