Describe how a variety of stakeholders from within the LEA and the
community-at-large participated in the planning process.
The stakeholders from the LEA are the principal, computer teacher who is also the IT
manager, the AP principal of academics. Community stakeholders are some teachers,
parents, and district coaches. Those stakeholders are in charge of the schools
atmosphere. They try to make the teaching as handy as possible. In order to manage
that, they try to come up with a good technology plan and implement that in the school
for a few years. They arrange meetings with other teachers and discuss about how to
easily set up a technology based learning environment in the school.
Summarize the relevant research and describe how it supports the plan's
curricular and professional development goals.
ALEKS, and also another program which they use for homework is called
Accelerated math. There are similar software programs for other classes, too.
Students take some of their assessments on the computer or ipad which allows
them to get immediate feedback and some tips about how to solve and learn the
subject.
Yes, each student has either an iPad or a chromebook which they can use at the
school with the teachers permission. They also get the advantage of document
cameras, projectors, and mimio pads.

Teachers are being trained at the beginning of the school year before the
school starts. They learn about some general technological information about
how to run the class. They learn how to take attendance, enter the grades
and such the information that is in the school database system. Also these
them by logging in the database. Also the schools website gives some general
information about the school along with the announcements from the school.
MONITORING AND EVALUATION COMPONENT
The plan must include an evaluation process that enables the school to monitor
progress toward the specific goals and make mid-course corrections in response
to new developments and opportunities as they arise.
