Dinner: Beef Pot Pie & salad w/ranch
Snacks: peanuts, celery & peanut butter with syrup
10/11/16:

Lunch: Canned vegetable beef soup & cheese/crackers
Dinner: Restaurant Chinese food
Snack: 3 Keebler pumpkin cookies and milk, coffee w/splenda & cream
10/12/16:
Breakfast: Coffee, splenda/coconut oil, 2 boiled eggs & cup of grapefruit
Lunch: Chicken Tortilla Soup w/cheese & guac, sugar cookie
Dinner: Turkey Pot Pie
Snacks: Coffee w/splenda & cream, banana, peanuts & jolly ranchers
