ensuring process and Quality Compliance to ensure timely execution of product.

i. Optimizing
mizing the lead and lift of Q SE Haul road to improve the RD Productivity from
87 m3/hr to 98m3/hr, thereby saving 48 Cr per annum (Recurring Savings)

ii. Improving the production at Q SE from 30 LT to 33 LT.(TOC Project).
iii. Improving the mine efficiency during monsoon with
with greater recovery of Bottom
Seams.
f) Awards: Won the National Safety Award for Best Haul Road Management and Illumination
under DGMS Ranchi Region.
2) Knowledge Management Community Convener (Divisional)
a) Developing and implementing the Knowledge management community for Division.
 b) Improving the performance of West Bokaro KM Community from 4th position across Tata
Steel to 1st Position in the company.

c) Developing the Innovation and Benchmark framework of West Bokaro Division.

d) Knowledge Framework development: To write and implement efficient work schedules,
policies, programs and procedures.

a) Implemented and fostered the TQM philosophy in the department.
