REGULAR RATE: 21,500 if paid on or after 16 March 2016.
Fee is inclusive of on-site pre-bar and pre-week lectures, handouts, on-site mock bars and face-to-face coaching

FOR JURISTS ONLINE

EARLY-BIRD RATE: 13,500 if paid on or before 15 March 2016. (Availing of the early-bird rate is a waiver of any
other discount).
REGULAR RATE: 14,500 if paid on or after 16 March 2016.
Fee is inclusive of online pre-bar and preweek lectures, handouts (electronic form), and online mock bars and coaching.

FOR JURISTS COMBO

EARLY-BIRD RATE: 23,500 if paid on or before 15 March 2016. (Availing of the early-bird rate is a waiver of any
other discount).
REGULAR RATE: 24,500 if paid on or after 16 March 2016.
Fee is inclusive of pre-bar lectures & pre-week lectures (on-site & online), mock bars and coaching sessions (choice
between on-site mock bar and face-to-face coaching or online mock bar and coaching), handouts (paper and electronic
form). For a particular mock-bar (e.g., Civil Law), the reviewee may choose to avail of either the (1) onsite mock bar

and face-to-face coaching under Jurists Classic or the (2) online mock bar and coaching under Jurists Online. A
reviewee cannot avail of both simultaneously with reference to a particular mock-bar exam. The reviewee should give
3-day notice to Jurists of what kind of mock bar & coaching he or she intends to avail of for record and administrative
purposes. A combo reviewee may attend the pre-bar review and pre-week review (on-site or online). Refer to the
Jurists Combo Schedule for additional details.

FOR JURISTS PRE-WEEK

JURISTS PREWEEK ONLINE: P3,500.
JURISTS PREWEEK CLASSIC (ON-SITE): P5,000.
Fee is inclusive of handouts in paper form for Preweek Classic or electronic form for Preweek Online. A reviewee
enrolled in Preweek Online cannot attend the Preweek Classic, and a reviewee enrolled in Preweek Classic cannot avail of
the Preweek Online videos and materials. No mock bars and coaching in preweek. Refer to Jurists Preweek Schedule for
additional details.

You may enroll by depositing your payment to the account of Jurists Review Center Inc., BPI Account No.
8301-0026-97 or RCBC Account No. 7-589-94300-1 and faxing a clear copy of the deposit slip and the
filled-in application form to (63-2) 846-39-37 or emailing it to juristsbar@juristsbar.com.ph, with your
name written on the face of your deposit slip. Call or text us at 0917-550-3591 (for Globe) or 0998-5734518 (for Smart) for confirmation. PARTIAL OR INCOMPLETE PAYMENT OR MERE SUBMISSION
OF APPLICATION FORM WITHOUT ANY PAYMENT WILL BE DEEMED VOID AND WILL NOT
CONFER ANY RIGHT TO APPLICANT. NO REFUND ALLOWED.

I fully understand that Jurists hand-outs and review materials, whether in paper or electronic form, are
strictly and exclusively for the use of Jurists reviewees, and that Jurists Online videos and materials are
strictly and exclusively for the use and viewing of Jurists Online and Jurists Combo reviewees. I
undertake not to disseminate or to furnish to any person or entity the Jurists videos, hand-outs, and
review materials and I fully understand that the violation of the undertakings or understandings herein
shall be subject to civil, criminal, and administrative sanctions and penalties and a ground for the
termination of my rights and privileges as a Jurists reviewee for the 2016 bar review season.
I agree to abide by the foregoing terms and such other reasonable rules and regulations as may be issued by
Jurists Bar Review Center in case my application is accepted. I understand that availment of Jurists Bar
Review Centers review facilities and services is conditioned on my faithful compliance with the foregoing
terms and the rules and regulations that may be issued by Jurists Bar Review Center. I understand that it is
my obligation to present my I.D. card so that I may enter and avail of the Jurists Bar Review Center
facilities and services.
