Wildflower delighted the travelers eye through much of the years

(pg.57 ph.2) Many tourists could go visit the place were all kinds of

birds migrated that area.

There had been several sudden and unexplained deaths who would
be stricken suddenly while at play and die within a few hours. (p. 57
ph.3) It was a strange disease that was hurting anyone from humans to

animals.
Where did the birds went, when there was the illness or disease on

Landmark

There are different places you could visit in your city. Sometimes

you dont even know about them because you dont even investigate. I
live in El Paso, TX and one of the most popular places is Chamizal.
Chamizal is kind of like a public park were the families could have
joined together. Even the students can do some fun stuff with their friends.
People can just go walk or go do some exercise with freedom. Other people
like to go and meet with old friends and talked about old things.
In the other side some people think that is something important.
Chamizal is cut in two halves. One part has Mexico and the other part El Paso
has it. The people think that is kind of our history. Chamizal has its own story

that includes Mexico. To make it brief Mexico own some money to the U.S. At
the end of paying the money they gave the U.S. some land.
A lot of people dont really care about their beautiful places they have.
They treat them really bad by throwing trash on the floor. Sometimes they
take their dogs for a walk and they dont even pick their poop. This shows
that they dont really care about it. At the end they would start to say a lot of
stuff. For example, the people think that is like a trashcan or something like
that. They dont notice that they are the ones that do all this.
This is one of the many beautiful places that we have in El Paso. People
should understand that we have to keep clean our environment. You should
reschedule everything and make sometime this place with your family
members or friends. I bet you that you will like it.

Study and Discussion

1. The method of organization that Twain uses in this selection by telling

how he know see differently the river. The methods that he alternates
he uses how he compares the before and after he sees the river again.
He has lost a lot of interested but at the same time he gains how to
read the ocean.
2. The analogy that Twain uses in paragraph 3 is to tell how he knows
sees the river. Its not the same that he used to see back them.
Sometimes we could see it in a certain way. In the future, it would start
to change your perspective to view things.

the alphabet (simile) He try to state that he knew very well the
river.

Part 2
A lot of people have a lot of memories that in a future sometimes
feel embarrass about them. They start realizing that they have
changed a lot from those day. In my case, I used to help a lot of friends

with their problems. I was the typical girl that was there for you in any
time you need me. Until one day I feel so bad a personal problem that I
was having. I just want to talk to someone to take out everything that I
had inside of me. Nobody want to talk to me because they were so
busy or they would make up any reason. That day I realized the kind of
friends that I had. After having that problem, I proposed myself not to
be available to anyone. I remember that those friends would start
telling me that I was a different person. But in my inside I was feeling
good because I knew that one day they would need a favor.

Write 1-1 pg. paper in which you contrast some aspect of your life
with what your parents experience.
Every person has their own unique things to do. Sometimes things
change by generation or even b years. In my case, the things that my
parents use to do when they went to school is very different from what I do.
When my parents only went to elementary because they had to help in
the house. That states that they didnt went a lot to school. My grandmother
and grandfather live in Torreon where they werent a lot of opportunities
those days. At the end, they would try to help their sons and daughters to at
least end elementary school.
In the other side my parents have provide me everything so I could be
successful in life. Today is so different when they were little. Know we have a

lot of opportunities so the kids or teenagers could keep going to school. The
kids dont really have a reason of not going to school. This day you can also
go to college if you really want to.
Everyone have different things that our parents didnt have when
they were younger. We could name a lot of things and we could never finish
the list. Thats why we need to take advantages of all these new things.
Because, at the end you would regret of not doing it.

The Rule Maker Summary Ph.1 Respond Ph.2
Summary
This story is talking about a Rule Maker from Benjamin Alier Saenz. Is
all about a mother that takes his son Maximiliano to now his father. Max
didnt know that he was going to live with his father. Maxs father thought
him how to be responsible and not to make bad decisions. At the end, he was
thankful because he was in a good path.
Response
In my opinion the mother of Maximiliano had explained him the reason
by living him with his father. If she had explained him everything Max would
understand and would cooperate with her.

In the other hand, his father was doing a good job by teaching him
some values. The rules that his father does were perfect for a kid that can be
successful in life. He though him how to be responsible in many ways.
In my case my mom and dad have always told me and brothers to be
responsible. They also had told us not to get addicted to anything. Because
at the end that would be leading us to a big problem. I have always done the
things that my parents tell me to do. Know I am in college to continue my
career. I am so thankful that they have thought me how to be a better person
every day.

I would be talking about my greatest instrument story because anyone
can identify by different ways. Everyone has their unique type of expressing
themselves. Many of us have different things that we like to do or things that
some specific people can do. For example, in my case I love to play soccer
and I could play the rest of the day because is a passion for me. I express all
my anger and I let all the bad things inside of me by playing this wonderful
sport. Other people would have other things that love to do and they also
express all their feelings that have inside of them. In this story this express
by talking or signing in front of a lot of people. Thats something good
because a lot of people dont do this. Most of the people would be so afraid
and they would start to stutter or even start turning their face all red. This
person had luck because it starts playing some roles in different things. This
person loves to write and that gave it some skills to it to improve more in the
society. That gave an important role in a speech that would be transmitted
on television. This person felt proud by accomplished one of the things that
love with the heart. By presenting in front of the television because it helped
with the career of public speaking. After presenting it had participated on
events and competitions. She thanks herself by overcoming the fear when
she was little. By doing a simple little thing by standing in front of a group of
people. And start talking about little or simple things and theres where she

notices the passion that she loves. By doing a little and simple thing it can
help you in your future. Sometimes you dont even realize what is your
passion until you start doing simple things that you enjoy doing. Thats how
you notice the things that you love and the sacrifices that you would do to
make it realize. Sometimes you would have to make a lot of effort to make
them real or to accomplish them. At the end, you will know that everything
that you did was worth to do a lot of work. You wouldnt be worrying to do a
lot of work like in the past everything would be easier for you.

Summary
Social Media effect everyone in a certainly way. Most importantly have
effect the government in many ways. One of those is that anyone can punish
anything they want in Internet. For example, they could upload a video about
a shooting. At the end, everyone would share it and could get viral and at the
end everyone would know about it.
Another is that the government could find criminals easier. I say this
because they could have a fake account to do criminal stuff. For example,
they could get another personal identity to get a girl attention. At the end, he
would meet the girl at any place and take her to sell her.
Lastly the president uses them to communicate with their siblings. Or
even sometimes to tell about the things that are doing for the country. For
example, Obama used it in 2009 when he was going to be elected for
president.
Response
The social media can be helpful or harmful by the way you use it. All
this depends on you, so take the action to do it in a right way. Also, dont

publish everything that you do. You dont even know wo is stocking you or
even getting your information to hurt another person.
